Custom Joomla theme + Custom Joomla modules + CSS + jQuery

I was brought on board for a complete redesign for the off-Broadway Ars Nova theater. Much of the design was done internally, with my input included later. I took the design and made it a working, customized Joomla-based site with specific modules to keep its cadre of shows easily up to date in an automated fashion. Some other bells and whistles were included to make things a bit more dynamic and making it a 100% facsimile of the mock-up I was originally given (with some spacing issues improved).

Ars Nova were pretty happy with the product and our relationship has continued with further updates to the back-end as well as smaller site-related projects in the future.

Custom Joomla theme + Custom Joomla framework + Custom Virtuemart shipping cart + CSS + jQuery + Flash + JavaScript

By far, this was the most involved project I have taken on to date. The client requested an entirely new website, shedding off the former very outdated design in exchange for not only something that looked good and professional, but could function like a proper online store and be as automated as possible. Despite being incredibly successful, they had been doing all orders manually through simple email forms.

Utilizing Joomla and the Virtuemart component, an enormous amount of customizations were placed to make this look as far away from a typical shopping cart site as possible. The design was very specific and unique while keeping in line with the theme of their products. An immersive experience, a great deal of the PHP code was modified to suit the client, not only to fit within the template but also to give it increased functionality. I have continued a happy relationship with the client that has allowed for more upgrades in the future, as well as new features such as a Flash-based gallery and catalog.

Custom Wordpress theme + Subscription system + CSS + Flash + Video + Logo

I had previously worked with the client on a personal website that was entirely Flash-based. However, a few years later, she was ready to make a step into the big leagues with a more proper, business-friendly website that could be easily maintained by herself. Using a suggested theme that she and her business partner had in mind (superheroes for health, essentially), I designed and implemented a custom WordPress template as well as worked with various stages of a possible logo. In the near future, a members-only section will be included, bridging the gap between the personal and commercial aspect of the site.

Custom Wordpress theme + jQuery + CSS + Ajax

Working for a non-profit, I was somewhat limited in the time and detail I could put into this particular project due to their small budget. However, I followed specific instructions for color and layout that they had in mind and gave them a functional customized WordPress theme with pre-configured (although modified slightly) widgets that would allow them to keep an informative website as dynamic as possible.

I have kept an open relationship with the client that has involved troubleshooting and further customizations.
